Jonathan Tucker is named the Director of Property Management

Jonathan Tucker is named the Director of Property Management and will oversee all statewide management operations. He has 11 years experience and has managed $1 billion of multifamily real estate and $1 million square feet of commercial space. His background is diverse and we welcome his addition. Jonathan will be responsible for the growth and infrastructure of our management division. Prior to joining Boylan, he was a Director of Property Management in Atlanta where he was responsible for 4100 units across the southeast. Jonathan is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, licensed Community Association Manager, licensed Provisional Broker, and a CPM candidate. Additionally, he graduated cum laude from Saint Leo University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and specialization in Management.
