
Boylan Development - Manager Elected to Triangle's US Green Building Council
Boylan Companies, a local leading organization providing a seamless range of comprehensive real estate services, is proud to announce that its Development Manager, Ben Yorker, has been elected to the Triangle Chapter of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). His election to the Board of Directors comes as Boylan Development, along with Boylan Companies, strives to continue its green building efforts in its projects throughout the Triangle.

Yorker boasts over ten years of professional real estate experience throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. To date, he has developed multi-family, mixed-used and commercial projects with a combined construction value of over $300M. As development manager of Boylan Development Company, Yorker directs staff and consultants in the analysis, design and construction for multi-family and mixed-use projects as well as spearheads multiple green initiatives for the company. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
“As an industry professional, serving on the Triangle’s Chapter of the US Green Building Council affords me the opportunity to launch a collaborate effort between developers and policy-makers to craft new construction policies that will promote sustainable building practices through a careful balance of incentive and mandate,” said Ben Yorker, development manager of Boylan Companies’ development team. “It is a both a pleasure and honor to serve on this board.”
