Tyler Morris has considerable experience in the construction, development, and management of real estate and multi-family dwellings in North Carolina and the Southeast. It is this expertise that has allowed Boylan Development Company to flourish since its inception in 2002. During his tenure at Boylan, Mr. Morris has participated in the acquisition and/or development of over $200 million. Throughout his career, he has been involved in asset management, operational management, development, feasibility, as well as marketing and financing (including equity construction and permanent debt) for multi-family properties and other real estate projects.
Prior to founding Boylan Development and Boylan Investment Companies, he served as the General Manager of Kenney Properties, LLC, a Raleigh-based commercial and residential developer. In January 2000, Mr. Morris was a Development Manager for Bostic Development, LLC, a Greensboro-based real estate development firm specializing in multi-family residential development.
Mr. Morris received a B.S. in Zoology from North Carolina State University in 1995. He has served on various committees including the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builder’s Association, panels for the National Multifamily housing council conferences, and City of Raleigh Storm water issues. Mr. Morris is an accredited builder and an accredited master builder; as recognized by National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Morris currently is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation.
