Nancy Zablud serves as the Controller for Boylan Companies, which in aggregate encompasses 27 entities or general ledgers. As Controller, she is responsible for the accuracy of financial reporting, integrity of internal controls, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, GAAP compliance and managing and directing accounting department staff.
Ms. Zablud has 29 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience across a number of industries. She started her first three years in public accounting in New York City. The next six years she held numerous staff and management positions with a fortune 50 company. For the last 20 years, Ms. Zablud owned and managed several residential and commercial construction companies in New Jersey and North Carolina.
Ms. Zablud earned a B. S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1979. In 2007, she received an M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Zablud is a Notary Public in North Carolina. She is a Raleigh Chapter member of the Financial Executives Networking Group.
