Kevin Cochran serves as Development Manager for Boylan Development Company. Mr. Cochran is responsible for the development planning and due diligence process. He performs investor return analysis and manages the site planning, budgeting, civil engineering, municipal approvals, and banking relationships. Prior to joining Boylan in 2004, Mr. Cochran served in a similar role for Bostic Development. In his career, he has managed the development and construction for apartment, condominium and mixed-use communities valued at over $180 million and comprising over 1800 units.
Mr. Cochran received an M.B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2000 and a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1992. Mr. Cochran is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
