Customer Support Manager of Boylan Development Company

Joyce has over 16 years of management experience in marketing, internal auditing and process improvement roles with a variety of successful corporations. This experience gives her a unique appreciation for what it takes to institutionalize the core practices that build and protect a company’s reputation. She is ideally suited for her current role as manager over Boylan’s continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
 
In her capacity, Joyce is responsible for a number of departments within the Boylan Companies. Most notably, she leads the Customer Support and Asset Management groups. She recently envisioned and implemented a best-in-market 10-year warranty program that will attach to all Boylan-built Condominium, Townhome and Single-family projects. This program promises to solidify Boylan’s reputation for delivering top-quality homes.
 
Prior to joining Boylan, Joyce worked as Director of Operations for US Armored, one of Mr. Fields’ earlier successful ventures. In that capacity, she also assisted him with the sale of his Automatic Bankcard Services. Before joining Fields, Joyce served as a Marketing Director, ISO Auditor, Contracts & Pricing Manager and a Facilitator of Process Improvement at Siemens and then Thomas & Betts.
