Jonathan Tucker serves as the Vice President of Property Management and oversees all management operations. In this capacity he directs organizational
capabilities to achieve maximum results. He is a solid decision-maker with a history of developing individuals, teams, and organizations to their full
potential.
With over 17 years experience and having managed over $1 billion of multifamily and/or commercial real estate throughout the southeast, Jonathan ensures
we are operating at peak performance. He is a strong leader whose knowledge spans the apartment, condominium, and commercial real estate industries.
Having led numerous stabilized, lease-up, rehab, and acquisition teams, his knowledge and leadership provide the necessary vision and strategy to lead our
company to the forefront of our target markets.
Prior to joining Boylan, Jonathan was the Director of Property Management for Novare Group, where he was responsible for 4100 units and 1,000,000 sq. ft.
of retail space across the southeast. Jonathan holds his CAPS & CAM designations, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed Community Association
Manager, and CPM candidate. Additionally, he graduated cum laude, with a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
