Ben Yorker
Development Manager of Boylan Development Company

Ben Yorker serves as Development Manager for Boylan Development Company. In this capacity, he directs staff and consultants in the analysis, entitlement, design, construction, marketing and disposition for multi-family and mixed-use projects. He also participates in identifying and promoting new development opportunities.
 
To date, Yorker has earned almost ten years of professional experience in the real estate industry. He spent his first four years practicing architecture in Atlanta and the subsequent five years as a development manager. As a Development Manager, he has provided leadership for projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including a $200MM mixed-use development located in the heart of historic Williamsburg, Virginia. To date, he has developed multi-family, mixed-use and commercial projects with a combined construction value of over $300MM.
 
Mr. Yorker earned a B.S. in Architecture degree from the University of Virginia in 1994 and a M. Architecture degree from Columbia University in 1997. In 2003, he received an M.B.A. degree from Darden Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Triangle Chapter member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
