Co-founder, Dusty Field, has a remarkable track-record as a business visionary. At the age of 21, Field raised enough investor seed money to launch his
first business venture, Automated Bankcard Services. Not long after that, he added US Armored Car, an armored car company serving banks and ATM’s. Through
subsequent rounds of acquisition and vertical-integration, he created the fifth largest network of ATM’s in the country and the largest armored car business
in North Carolina. By the time he was 34, he was recognized as one of Raleigh’s “Top 40 Under 40”.
With over 15 years experience as a business leader and visionary, Field brings confidence and financial-savvy to Boylan. Most importantly, he brings his ability to see untapped potential and then establish a plan to reach it. Tyler Morris has devoted his entire career to mastering the planning, design and construction processes for real estate development. The son of a successful
multi-family builder, Morris learned early on that meticulous attention to detail is the key to unlocking and capitalizing on valuable real estate opportunities.
Today, he has over 12 years experience in managing development. In that time, he has led the development for thousands of multi-family homes and countless
commercial projects.
And whether it’s monitoring daily changes in the bond market or keeping abreast of new zoning legislation, Tyler approaches development with the precision of a watch maker. This degree of focus affords him every opportunity to improve quality, reduce risk and maximize value. This raw knowledge and remarkable work ethic forms the basis for Boylan’s expertise.
